ANKARA - Office of the Prime Minister issued a statement on Thursday, denying news reports about the "working conditions" of Edip Baser, a retired Turkish general for countering terrorism.
"A news report in today's daily Sabah about Turkey's Special Representative for Countering Terrorism retired General Edip Baser's working conditions does not reflect the realities," the statement said.
The news report on Sabah alleged that Baser had assigned 13 retired army officers as his assistants and he also had wanted a new office.
