BRUSSELS - EU summit will start this evening with the participation of EU heads of states and governments of member countries.
EU leaders are expected to reaffirm EU foreign ministers' decision made earlier this week with respect to EU Commission's recommendation in late November that partially freezes Turkey's entry talks.
Two-day EU summit's agenda also includes Bulgaria and Romania's accession at the beginning of next year, as well as the enlargement strategy and absorption and integration capacity of the 25-member bloc.
Illegal immigration, acceleration of union's decisions related to internal affairs and justice, energy and climate changes will also be discussed at the summit.
