ZONGULDAK - Zonguldak Karaelmas University (ZKU) authorities are eager to open department of "Gourmet" to preserve Turkish cuisine.
ZKU is working on establishment of Faculty of Fine Arts including the Department of Gourmet.
ZKU authorities said today that gourmet students would attend classes on classical and modern cooking techniques and restaurant management. The department will also promote forgotten Turkish meals.
