ANKARA - Turkish Parliamentary Justice Commission Chairman Koksal Toptan met the International Criminal Court President Philippe Kirsch in the parliament in Ankara on Tuesday.
Kirsch said that the court was founded three years ago and had 104 members.
Stating that Turkey was an important country which was open to different cultures and continents, Kirsch underlined that Turkish judicial system would contribute to the International Criminal Court.
Indicating that the court needed international cooperation and assistance, Kirsch added that Turkish judges should also work in the International Criminal Court.
