NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 16,007.59 WITH A INCREASE OF 339.51 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Monday's second session increased 339.51 points to 16,007.59 and shares increased 2.17 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index increased 589.40 points to 21,628.99, the industrial index increased 212.05 points to 14,180.54 and the services index increased 94.93 points to 8,850.33.
The financial shares gained 2.80 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 1.08 percent in value and the services shares gained 1.52 percent in value.
A total of 36 of the 293 shares lost in value, 205 shares gained in value, and the price of 52 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 438.3 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 772. 1 trillion (TL).
