VIENNA - The tenth general assembly of United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) started in Vienna on Monday.
Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler will make a speech in the session today which was opened by Austrian Foreign Minister Benita Maria Ferrero-Waldner. Guler will inform participants about Hydrogen Energies Research Center which is planned to be established in Turkey.
Officials of State Planning Organization, Industry and Trade Ministry and Turkish Cooperation and Development Administration Chairmanship (TIKA) are also participating in the meeting.
Guler will return to Turkey today.
Annual activity reports of UNIDO and projects that UNIDO supports in member countries will be taken up during general assembly meetings which will continue until Friday.
