ALMATY - Mustafa Turan, the head of Foreign Ministry's Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Department, said on Wednesday that terrorism was the cruelest threat.
Turan, who attended a meeting in Almaty, Kazakhstan, stressed importance of international solidarity in fight against terrorism.
Noting that terrorism threats could only be responded by international terrorism, Turan said that multi-dimensional threats were experienced in Istanbul recently.
