ISTANBUL - Dogan Yayin Holding`s subsidiary Dogan Medya International GMBH has submitted its bid for the sale of 50.5 percent of shares of Prosiebensat 1 Media AG, the holding said in a statement sent to Istanbul Stock Exchange.
According to the statement, Dogan Yayin Holding submitted its binding offer as a sealed bid to investment banks JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley which execute tender process.
The holding did not give any information about the price.
Prosiebensat 1 Media AG is the owner of 5 television channels broadcasting in Germany.
