Exports From Kayseri Province Increases To $53.6 Million

KAYSERI - A total of 89 firms, which are members of the Kayseri Chamber of Industry (KSO), exported goods of 53 million 632 thousand U.S. dollars in October of 2003.
Releasing a statement, KSO said on Sunday that their exports increased 43 percent from 37 million 583 thousand U.S. dollars in October of 2002 to 53 million 632 thousand U.S. dollars in the same period this year.
The firms in Kayseri export various goods including telephone and fiber optic cables, furniture, textiles, steel pipes, thread, carpets, electronic devices and foodstuff to 80 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and America
