ALMATY - President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan sent a message to President Ahmet Necdet Sezer late on Friday.
In his message, President Nazarbayev harshly condemned terrorism in all its forms, and extended condolences to the families of the dead.
President Nazarbayev expressed his confidence that Turkish authorities would do everything in their power to bring all of those responsible to justice.
He sent another message to Prime Minister Tony Blair of Britain to express his profound sorrow over loss of British citizens in the blasts in Istanbul.
A total of 27 people including British Consul General in Istanbul Roger Short, were killed while more than 450 others were wounded in Thursday's twin bomb attacks targeting HSBC headquarters and British Consulate General in Istanbul.
