U.S. State Department Warns American Citizens Not To Travel To Turkey If Not Necessary

WASHINGTON D.C. - U.S. State Department warned American citizens on Friday not to travel to Turkey if not necessary following the recent bomb attacks in Istanbul.
In the travel warning issued by U.S. State Department, it was noted that the U.S. Embassy in Ankara, and consulates in Istanbul, Adana and Izmir would continue to serve American citizens. It was also noted that the warnings regarding American citizens in the whole world were still valid.
Meanwhile Hungary also warned its citizens about travelling to Turkey and it temporarily closed its Consulate in Istanbul.
