ANKARA - Red Crescent's fourth humanitarian aid convoy composed of four trucks left for Iraq on Friday.
Red Crescent Chairman Ertan Gonen said that Turkey has gone through difficult days last one week and stated that innocent people's being killed in those incidents was unacceptable.
Gonen said that Red Crescent's fourth convoy carrying humanitarian aid to Iraq was ready to go to this country and stated that the convoy included five thousand blankets, two thousand mattresses, 500 stoves, 500 hygienic sets and 500 food packages for Iraqi families upon the demand of Iraqi Health Ministry and Red Crescent.
He added that materials in the convoy comprised of four trucks and one communication equipment will be distributed in the regions determined by Iraqi Red Crescents.
