MADRID - King Juan Carlos I of Spain sent late on Thursday condolence message to President Ahmet Necdet Sezer over those who died in Thursday's bomb attacks in Istanbul.
Juan Carlos I sent condolence messages to President Sezer and Queen Elizabeth II of Britain in which he condemned terrorist attacks in Istanbul.
