ANKARA - Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin called Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan and offered his condolences for those who died in two blasts in Istanbul.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Prime Minister Dervis Eroglu, the United States' Embassy in Ankara Counselor Robert Deutsch on behalf of U.S. President George Bush and London Embassy of the United States had also offered condolences to Erdogan.
