Aksu: Vehicles And Bombs Used In Today's And Last Saturday's Attacks Are Almost Same

ISTANBUL - Interior Minister Abdulkadir Aksu said on Thursday that there were big similarities between the explosions that took place in Beyoglu and Levent districts the same day and the explosions that took place last Saturday.
''The vehicles and bombs used in attacks today and last Saturday are almost the same,'' told Aksu to reporters. ''Yet these are first assessments, all our teams work on the issue,'' said Aksu.
''These are probably suicide attacks. In these attacks, trucks loaded with explosives and the persons who drove them died,'' he added.
Aksu said that Turkey suffered a lot from terrorism, adding that cooperation had to be made against terrorism.
''Is there any information about British Consul General?'' asked journalists to Aksu who said that ''probably he is trapped under debris.''
