Azerbaijani President Aliyev Offers Condolences To Sezer Over Explosions In Istanbul

BAKU - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev called President Ahmet Necdet Sezer and offered his condolences for those who died after the explosions in Istanbul on Thursday.
Presidency press center stated that Aliyev expressed his sorrow for death of innocent people in terrorist attacks in Istanbul and offered his condolences to Turkish people and administration and wished rapid recovery for injured people.
Aliyev said that he was sure that assailants would be punished in a short time.
Sezer thanked Aliyev and received information about the health condition of Haydar Aliyev.
Sezer and Aliyev stressed the necessity of strengthening fight against international terrorism.
