Personnel Of U.S. Facilities In Izmir Evacuated After Blasts In Istanbul

IZMIR - Personnel of U.S. facilities in Aegean Izmir province were evacuated after blasts rocked Istanbul on Thursday.
Security measures were tightened in and around consulates and bank branches, particularly branches of HSBC Bank in Izmir after the blasts in Istanbul.
Personnel of U.S. Hospital, Turkish-U.S. Joint Defense Facility, and PX Shop were evacuated against any possible bomb attacks in Izmir.
Personnel in these facilities are ''on leave'' till a second order.
