ANKARA - Deputies of ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) submitted a motion to the parliament on Wednesday to launch a parliamentary investigation against former Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz and former State Minister Gunes Taner due to Turkbank tender.
AK Party deputies requested the parliament to launch an investigation against Yilmaz and Taner on charges of ''carrying out corruption in purchase-sale made to the account of the state'' which was described in the Article 205 of Turkish Penal Code.
