NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 15,817.49 WITH AN INCREASE OF 57.04 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Wednesday's first session increased 57.04 points to 15,817.49 and shares gained 0.36 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 101.35 points to 21,313.46 and the industrial index rose 57.44 points to 14,046.72 while the services index decreased 26.78 points to 8,813.28.
The financial shares gained 0.48 percent in value and the industrial shares gained 0.41 percent in value while the services shares lost 0.30 percent in value.
A total of 112 of the 285 shares gained in value, 87 shares lost in value and the price of 86 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 195.1 trillion Turkish liras.
