ANKARA - Rifat Hisarciklioglu, the Chairman of Union of Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, will go on a three-day tour covering Israel and Palestine.
TOBB issued a statement on Wednesday and said during the visit of Israeli President to Turkey in July, Israeli Exports and International Cooperation Institute Chairman Shraga Brosh, had invited Hisarciklioglu to an international conference that would take place in Tel Aviv between November 10 and 20.
This invitation was later reiterated by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
Hisarciklioglu will address a forum entitled, ''Facilities to be Opened in International Business Circles as a Result of Enlargement of European Union''.
TOBB Chairman will later proceed to Jerusalem and meet with Palestinian officials. Hisarciklioglu will sign a cooperation agreement regarding improvement of economic and trade relations between the two countries.
Hisarciklioglu is expected to return to Turkey on November 21.
