NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 15,810.50 WITH AN INCREASE OF 123.37 POINTS
ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Tuesday's first session decreased 123.37 points to 15,810.50 and shares gained 0.79 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 185.38 points to 21,260.06, the industrial index rose 89.69 points to 14,036.18, and the services index climbed 57.08 points to 8,900.68.
The financial shares gained 0.88 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 0.64 percent in value, and the services shares gained 0.65 percent in value.
A total of 160 of the 285 shares gained in value, 53 shares lost in value and the price of 72 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 285.7 trillion Turkish liras.
