14 ILLEGAL MIGRANTS RESCUED
SEFERIHISAR - A boat, which was carrying illegal migrants, sank off Sigacik in Seferihisar town of western city of Izmir, sources told A.A on Saturday.
Sources said that 14 illegal migrants (of Somalian and Palestinian origin) were rescued, and 3 others were captured in Ulamis district of Seferihisar.
Efforts are underway to find 8 missing illegal migrants.
Seferihisar Subgovernor Orhan Guldibi told A.A that the illegal migrants were trying to sneak into Greece.
