ANKARA - Turkey became a party to an international convention on recognition of qualifications concerning higher education.
The Council of Ministers decision to ratify the "Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region", was published in the Official Gazette today.
The agreement signed in Lisbon in 1997 formulates relevant arrangements for recognition of qualifications received in a European country in another European state.
