Fener Greek Patriarch Bartholomeos And Turkey's Armenians Patriarch Mesrob Ii Visit Chief Rabbin Ishak Haleva

ISTANBUL - Fener Greek Patriarch Bartholomeos and Turkey's Armenians Patriarch Mesrob II visited on Monday Chief Rabbin Ishak Haleva due to the bomb attacks staged on two synagogues.
Speaking to the press after the meeting which was close to the press, Bartholomeos said that they shared the grief of relatives of Jewish and Muslim people who died in the blasts.
''This is a common pain, it is the pain of Turkey. It is an assault on the peace and unity of Turkey, we condemn it with violence and hatred. We are very sorry,'' said Bartholomeos.
Turkey's Armenians Patriarch Mesrob II said in his part that ''this attack arouses the feeling that a heavy blow has been wanted to be struck on the mosaics, culture and the progress of Turkey.''
