SEMDINLI - Turkish National Education Minister Huseyin Celik, Health Minister Recep Akdag, Energy & Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler and Public Works & Housing Minister Faruk Nafiz Ozak visited flood-hit Semdinli town of southeastern city of Hakkari.
Addressing the people in the town, Celik said, "there are about 41 people whose houses were damaged in the disaster. Seven villages were also hit by the floods. Housing Development Administration (TOKI) will construct houses here, and we will help our citizens who want to repair their own houses."
Celik added that courses in schools will resume tomorrow.
After offering condolences to the families of three citizens who died in floods, the ministers flew to southeastern city of Sanliurfa.
