ISTANBUL - Turkey's Koc Holding declared that news reports about England-based retailer Tesco's plans to buy its retail chain Migros are not correct.
News reports claiming that "talks between retailers Tesco and Migros have come to a notable point" do not reflect the reality, said Koc Holding's statement which was sent to Istanbul Stock Exchange today.
