Death Toll Increases To Nine In Fire In Izmir

IZMIR - Death toll increased to nine in a fire which broke out in a cafe in Bornova town of western Izmir province on Thursday.
Sources told the A.A correspondent that fire which broke out in a cafe, named Name Cafe, was extinguished.
Izmir Governor Yusuf Ziya Goksu said that five women and four men died in fire. He said that fire broke out due to a failure in electric panel. Stating that firemen came to the building immediately, but fire spread very rapidly, Goksu said that they felt very sad over the incident.
