Croatian Minister Of European Integration Mimica To Come To Ankara

ANKARA - Croatian Minister of European Integration Neven Mimica will come to Ankara on Friday morning.
Foreign Ministry stated on Thursday that Mimica would meet with Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul, State Minister Kursad Tuzmen, Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Commission Chairman Mehmet Dulger, Parliamentary European Union (EU) Adjustment Commission Chairman Yasar Yakis and Turkey's Secretary General for the EU Murat Sungar.
Mimica will proceed to Istanbul on Saturday after the meetings and then depart from Turkey for Greece on November 18.
Foreign Ministry stressed that Croatia applied for EU membership in February 2003 and stated that two friendly countries, which adopted EU full membership target, would evaluate EU membership process and share views and experiences.
