Istanbul Stock Exchange First Session

NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 15,943.74 WITH AN INCREASE OF 172.30 POINTS
ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Thursday's first session increased 172.30 points to 15,943.74 and shares gained 1.09 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 271.24 points to 21,539.49, and the services index rose 99.77 points to 8,706.24 while the industrial index increased 108.60 points to 14,221.74.
The financial shares gained 1.28 percent in value, and the services shares gained 0.77 percent in value while the industrial shares gained 1.16 percent in value.
A total of 162 of the 286 shares gained in value, 51 shares lost in value and the price of 73 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 538.4 trillion Turkish liras.
