ANKARA - The First Balkan Countries Culture Festival will be held in Turkish capital of Ankara in summer of 2007, announced Ankara Mayor Melih Gokcek in the 7th International Friendship & Cooperation Conference of Major Balkan Cities.
Thessalonica Mayor Vassilis Papageorgopoulos proposed to organize culture festival every year, and Gokcek said Ankara is ready to host the first event. And this proposal was adopted in the meeting.
