Istanbul Stock Exchange Second Session

NATIONAL-100 INDEX INCREASES TO 15,771.44 WITH AN INCREASE OF 354.20 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Wednesday's second session increased 354.20 points to 15,771.44 and shares gained 2.30 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index increased 559.04 points to 21,268.25, the industrial index rose 258.70 points to 14,113.14 and the services index increased 73.13 points to 8,606.47.
The financial shares gained 2.70 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 1.87 percent in value and the services shares gained 0.86 percent in value.
A total of 49 of the 290 shares lost in value, 180 shares gained in value, and the price of 61 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 521.9 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 933.6 trillion (TL).
