1- Environment and Forestry Minister Osman Pepe will go to Italy to attend the ''13th Conference of the Parties to the Barcelona Convention for the Protection of the Mediterranean Sea and of its Coastal region'' and the ministerial meeting on ''The specificity of Mountain Areas in the European Union''
2- Justice Minister Cemil Cicek will go to Germany to attend the Ninth Berlin Europe Forum between November 14 and 15.
- Cicek will meet with representatives of Turkish associations and non-governmental organizations in Berlin.
3- National Education Minister Huseyin Celik is attending the 21st Conference of the Council of Europe (COE) Education Ministers in Greek capital Athens.
4- Culture and Tourism Minister Erkan Mumcu will hold meetings with foreign investors and tour organizers in Britain.
5- Turkey will hand over documents showing that it has ratified the sixth protocol to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms concerning the abolition of death penalty to COE Secretary General Walter Schwimmer.
