LONDON - Culture and Tourism Minister Erkan Mumcu, who continues his contacts in London due to World Tourism Fair, met with domestic, foreign investors and tour operators on Wednesday.
Speaking to A.A correspondent after his contacts, Mumcu said that foreign investors including leading British travel agencies like ''First Choice'' and ''Thomas Cook'' asked for help for investing in Turkey.
Mumcu said that he promised the big foreign tourism companies to provide them all sorts of aid and facility during their investment in Turkey, referring to the importance of foreign investment in tourism field.
Mumcu stated that his contacts in London within the scope of World Tourism Fair was very positive and productive.
Mumcu will return to Turkey after the news conference he will hold on Thursday morning.
