ANKARA - Officials of Secretariat General for European Union (EU) informed on Wednesday Parliamentary EU Adjustment Commission about the progress report.
After officials of Secretariat General for EU had given information about the progress report, Onur Oymen, the Deputy Chairman of Commission, said the government did not show necessary reaction to the report although it included insults to Turkey.
Oymen noted, ''we can't accept all these by saying road map. It is not possible for us to accept this report which denigrates Turkish nation. It is not a progress but a regression report. Is there any single Turk who can accept it?''
Drawing attention that Cyprus issue was included in the report for the first time, Oymen said that the government should show necessary reaction to this.
Other members of the Commission said that it was not possible to accept some issues in the progress report.
