GAZA CITY - Israel launched an air raid on a mosque in the northern Gaza city of Beit Hanun on Friday, wounding four Palestinians, witnesses and medical sources said.
One witness told AFP that his son had been on the roof of their home next to the mosque and was among those wounded in the raid.
Israel has stepped up its offensive on Gaza since Wednesday, killing 27 Palestinians in three days.
