Iraqi Turkmen Front Chairman Due In Ankara

ANKARA - Iraqi Turkmen Front Chairman (ITF) Chairman Faruk Abdullah Abdurrahman and accompanying delegation will pay a visit to Ankara between November 14 and 18.
Sources said on Tuesday that Abdurrahman and accompanying delegation were expected to meet with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and other officials.
The sources noted that ITC delegation would tell Ankara about their security concern over the decision of Turkish government not to send soldiers to Iraq.
The delegation will inform Ankara about recent developments in the region and expectations of Turkmens.
ITC delegation's meetings in Ankara are important since it will be paid before the visit of Iraqi Interim Governing Council's current president Jalal Talabani due on November 19.
