ANKARA - Treasury held two auctions on Tuesday to sell 91-day reference bonds and 2-year debenture bonds with coupon payment once in three months.
The Treasury had sold 1 quadrillion 934 trillion Turkish liras (TL) of nominal valued bonds in the 91-day bond auction.
In this auction, the total bid had been 2 quadrillion 423.2 trillion TL while the net sale became 1 quadrillion 826 trillion TL.
The simple interest rate was 23.75 percent while the composite interest rate was 25.95 percent.
In the two-year debenture bond auction with coupon payment once in three months, the Treasury sold 571.1 trillion TL of nominal valued bonds.
The total bid had been 1 quadrillion 148.9 trillion TL while the net sale became 597.7 trillion TL.
The term interest had became 7.45 percent in the auction.
The previous auctions of the Treasury was held on November 4 to sell 259-day bonds and 406-day debenture bonds.
The total bid in both tenders had been 7 quadrillion 18.6 trillion TL while the Treasury sold nominal 6 quadrillion 255.6 trillion TL.
The net sale became 4 quadrillion 863.1 trillion TL in both auctions.
In the 259-day bond auction, the value date of which was November 5, the Treasury had sold 1 quadrillion 876 trillion TL of nominal-valued bonds while the total bid had been 2 quadrillion 66.8 trillion TL.
The net sale became 1 quadrillion 557.8 trillion TL. The simple interest rate was 28.75 percent while the composite interest rate was 29.90 percent in this auction.
In the 406-day debenture bond auction, the total bid had been 4 quadrillion 951.8 trillion TL while the Treasury sold 3 quadrillion 219.5 trillion TL of nominal-valued bonds. The net sale was 2 quadrillion 407.9 trillion TL.
The composite interest was 29.75 percent while the simple interest became 30.22 percent.
The Treasury will repay 2 quadrillion 664 trillion TL in domestic debt this week.
