ANKARA - "The Afghan project has not received 100 percent success. Threats still persist against the democratic order in Afghanistan," said Rengin Dadfar Spanta, Afghan Foreign Minister, today.
Spanta participated at a conference titled "Collapsed States: Afghan Example and Learned Lessons" and held at the Political Science Faculty of the Ankara University on Wednesday.
Dadfar Spanta stressed that "those geographies left without governmental management are prone to threats from gangs and terrorists".
Spanta himself is a graduate of Ankara University's Faculty of Political Science.
