SUSPECT SENTENCED TO 18 YEARS IN PRISON
TRABZON - A court in northern city of Trabzon sentenced suspect O.A. to 18 years in prison for killing Andrea Santaro, the priest of Santa Maria Church in Trabzon.
The court accused O.A. of planned murder, hiding an unregistered weapon and threatening public safety.
The 16-year-old O.A. shot dead Priest Andrea Santaro on February 5th, 2006 at his church in Trabzon.
O.A. was arrested on February 7th, 2006.
