ALANYA - The 16th International Alanya Triathlon will be held on October 18th in Alanya town of southern city of Antalya.
Nearly 300 athletes from 30 countries will compete in the triathlon, a leg of the 2007 European Triathlon Championship, thus athletes will be given formal points.
Athletes will swim 1.5 kilometers, cycle 40 kilometers and run 10 kilometers.
One day after the triathlon, a 5-kilometer swimming marathon will be held between Cleopatra Beach and Alanya dock.
