ANKARA - Turkish Electricity Trading Co. (TETAS) and Syrian Electric Generation and Transfer Co. (PEEGT) have agreed on the sale of electricity from Turkey to Syria, said sources on Tuesday.
Turkey will export 1.4 billion (KWh) of electricity in one year.
The electricity will be sent via the Birecik-Aleppo Energy Power Line.
