ANKARA - Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja came to Ankara on Thursday for a two-day visit.
Tuomioja will be received by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the evening.
Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and Tuomioja will chair meetings between delegations on Friday.
Finnish Foreign Minister will be received by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer and meet with Parliamentary EU Adjustment Commission deputy chairman Onur Oymen and Parliamentary Foreign Relations Commission members.
Turkish-Finnish relations, Turkey-EU relations, issues concerning the future of the EU, international issues including Iraq and the Middle East and other regional issues will be discussed in meetings.
Tuomioja will depart from Turkey on Friday evening.
