ISTANBUL - Koc Holding has authorized Lazard & Co. Limited for the sale of its Altinyunus touristic facilities in popular resort town of Marmaris in southwestern city of Mugla.
In a statement it sent to the Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB), Koc Holding said on Monday that it had authorized Lazard & Co. Limited for sale of its shares in the Marmaris Altinyunus.
