ANKARA - Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik of Norway arrived in Ankara on Wednesday as the official guest of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials and Norwegian Embassy in Ankara staff welcomed Prime Minister Bondevik at Ankara's Esenboga Airport.
Prime Minister Bondevik will start holding talks with Turkish officials on Thursday.
During the meetings, all dimensions of bilateral relations between Turkey and Norway will be taken up in detail.
The sides will scrutinize projects of concrete cooperation between the two countries.
Also, international and regional developments, which are of concern for the two countries, are expected to brought onto agenda.
Prime Minister Erdogan and his Norwegian counterpart Bondevik will preside meetings between Turkish and Norwegian delegations following a tete-a-tete meeting.
Prime Minister Bondevik is scheduled to be received by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer later in the same day.
