NATIONAL-100 INDEX INCREASES TO 16,343.25 WITH AN INCREASE OF 75.00 POINTS
ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Wednesday's first session increased 75.00 points to 16,343.25 and shares gained 0.46 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 159.71 points to 22,121.37, and the industrial index fell 7.13 points to 14,504.33 while the services index rose 76.92 points to 8,839.71.
The financial shares gained 0.73 percent in value, and the industrial shares lost 0.05 percent in value while the services shares gained 0.88 percent in value.
A total of 101 of the 286 shares gained in value, 95 shares lost in value and the price of 90 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 579.6 trillion Turkish liras.
