ANKARA - The Council of Ministers approved on Tuesday the agreement on reciprocal encouragement of investments between Turkey and Yugoslavia.
According to the agreement, the sides will encourage their investors to make investment in two countries, form convenient conditions for those investments, and accept those investments in line with their laws and order.
Investors will always be subject to just and equal treatment and benefit from the legal protection in the other country.
The solution of conflicts between investors can be sorted out in International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) or Paris International Trade Chamber Arbitration Court.
The agreement between the two countries will go into force when the ratification process in both countries ends.
