Director Of National Border Police Grigorov Of Bulgaria Arrives In Istanbul

ISTANBUL - Director of National Border Police Col. Valeri Grigorov of Bulgaria arrived in Istanbul on Monday as the official guest of Coast Guard Commander Vice Admiral Engin Heper.
Interior Ministry Coast Guard Command released a written statement and said that the visit of Grigorov, which is held within the scope of Coast Guard Cooperation Agreement signed between Turkey and Bulgaria on April 18, 2002, aims to further develop the existing good relation and cooperation milieu between two countries.
Turkish and Bulgarian coast guard boats and helicopters will perform a joint search and rescue exercise in cooperation in Black Sea tomorrow.
Grigorov and accompanying delegation will leave Istanbul on November 6.
