NATIONAL-100 INDEX INCREASES TO 15,379.72 WITH AN INCREASE OF 583.57 POINTS
ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Monday's second session increased 583.57 points to 15,379.72 and shares gained 3.94 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index increased 868.19 points to 20,548.74, the industrial index rose 409.21 points to 13,936.05 and the services index climbed 209.30 points to 8,419.14.
The financial shares gained 4.41 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 3.03 percent in value and the services shares gained 2.55 percent in value.
A total of 166 of the 289 shares gained in value, 75 shares lost in value, and the price of 48 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 796.5 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 1 quadrillion 124.9 trillion (TL).
