UNITED NATIONS - The UN Security Council will meet in emergency session early Monday to discuss North Korea's first-ever nuclear weapons test, a US diplomat said.
Benjamin Chang, a deputy spokesman for the US mission to the United Nations, told AFP that the meeting would begin at 9:30 am (1330 GMT).
