Turkey Ranked 52nd In Global Competitiveness Report Of World Economic Forum

GENEVA - Turkey was ranked the 52nd among more than 100 countries in the Global Competitiveness Report of World Economic Forum for the years 2003-2004.
Turkey was ranked the 54th in last year's report, while it maintained its rank in respect of growth competitiveness index also this year.
The Report provides a thorough assessment of the world economy and is an authoritative tool to help develop an economic framework that supports private investment, entrepreneurship and social progress.
Bulgaria which is an EU member candidate has a lower rank when compared to Turkey in the report.
According to the report, Finland was ranked the first as its economic performance was good in all indexes.
